1) Price is per property in Euro;

2) Price includes:
- final cleaning (for 01 week rental minimum);
- final + change-over day cleaning (for 02 weeks or more rental);
- first pairs of bed linen and towels (for aditional bed linen and towels the cost is Euro 5,00 each pair);
- laundry self-service use

3) Prices don't include the heating;

4) Payments:
Deposit: Bank transfer
Balance: Cash / Credit cards

Cancellation policy:
90 days prior to your arrival date we charge 0% of the deposit;
60 days prior to your arrival date we charge 50% of the deposit;
30 days prior to your arrival date we charge 100% of the deposit;

5) Change-over day: SATURDAY
